Extremely overpriced in comparison to other auto shops in the area. Wanted to charge me $564 for a wheelbearing so my car will pass inspection. Called around to various auto places including Firestone and they wanted roughly between $280-$320 for it. Needless to say I went elsewhere. John, the manager,was very helpful and very prompt. John was very good at explaining the different options and also very professional by calling and informing me when there was a small problem and explaining what steps were necessary to accommodate the problem. John accommodated my needs as to when I could take the vehicle in also pick up the vehicle.

John offered options that allowed me to have the install done in a cost effective manner where as he could have suggested an option that would have been more expensive but not necessarily more...
