I bought the tire online and had it shipped to this installer.I brought the old tire and wheel into the shop and left it.They had the new tire installed in less than 2 hours.

These guys really came through for me! I was out of town with a flat on a rare tire type. They were the only shop nearby that had the tires (4th place I called) and despite my car getting there...

I called Firestone once I received confirmation that they had received the shipment from Tire Buyer. The gentlemen I spoke was polite and more than accommodating to make sure my tires did in fact get received. I made an appointment for Saturday morning but was able to drop it off early on Friday night. I told them I wasn't in a rush and to get to it when they could. I got at call at 7:45 that...

I had a one o'clock appointment to put on my tires on. They took my car back and but on the lift immediately. I left a little after 3 p.m. They did do a good job but very slow.
