Horrible! Totally unprofessional! The owner's idiot delivery driver son delivered the $70 (overpriced) order my mom sent for my son's first birthday party to the WRONG ADDRESS! Then, the owner came to my house at 7pm the next day (a Sunday) to argue with my husband about whether we were here or not saying "well maybe your neighbor signed for it!". These people really do their best to give you great service and a beautiful arrangement. They are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the flower business. They are wonderful!

I would give 0 stars if this was a possible review for this florist. I ordered a wonderful looking boquet online pictured with vibrant lilies and roses in a stunning arrangement and am sorry to say the recipient of the flowers was delivered a pile of pine needs and short stemmed roses in its stead.
