We had a problem with the bottom freezer of our refrigerator. The repairman fixed the problem, but the left a part hanging off. We tried numerous times to have the broken part fixed. Sears wanted us to pay another $109 service fee on top of the first fee and repair costs for a part that their service an broke! Terrible serice and would never recommend.

What has happened to Sears? Tools are junk now and produced overseas. I've had to return the last two wrenches that were bought at this location. Time to find good American made products.

Another disappointing visit to sears, never shopping g here again. We tried to exchange a pair of shoes but seeing how it's past 30 days we can't even though the receipt says "most items" how are suppose to know what "most items" are. This is why sears is in trouble, bad customer service.
