Recently there were three fender benders that happened to my new Prius, none were my fault. First I hit a deer, then a contractor dropped an industrialized caulking gun on my roof. Lastly, I got swiped by a car at the YMCA. Not to worry because EBBY'S came to the rescue. Different parts of the car were damaged denoting expert skills and experience. EBBY'S came through with flying colors. A trained eye could not determine what parts of the car were hit! The car looks absolutely new! The staff were very professional, courteous and supportive. Five stars for this company.

I feel I need to take the time to thank Ebby's and his staff on their job with fixing my car. My car looks great and everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. This is my second attempt to follow up from my earlier review when I reported a noticeable amount of change had been taken from my car when I dropped it off for repairs at Ebby's. I do not know why my other report was not posted here a couple weeks ago. After that incident Mr. Ebby contacted me and asked the amount. I conservatively estimated $7-$10 and he mailed me a check for $7 to replace...
As a follow-up to my prior email about the theft of several dollars worth of change from my car, I got a call from Mr. Ebby himself a couple days after. He obviously cares about customer service and the reputation of his business (which I had head great things about before my car went in). He was apologetic and reimbursed me $7 for it.
