I feel I need to take the time to thank Ebby's and his staff on their job with fixing my car. My car looks great and everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. In today's times it's unusual to receive such good service and feel like people care if you are satisfied. Hats off to Ebby's!!!

This is my second attempt to follow up from my earlier review when I reported a noticeable amount of change had been taken from my car when I dropped it off for repairs at Ebby's. I do not know why my other report was not posted here a couple weeks ago. After that incident Mr. Ebby contacted me and asked the amount. As a follow-up to my prior email about the theft of several dollars worth of change from my car, I got a call from Mr. Ebby himself a couple days after. He obviously cares about customer service and the reputation of his business (which I had head great things about before my car went in). He was apologetic and reimbursed me $7 for it. A nice gesture. Thank you.

The work might be decent but take anything out of your car that could get lifted by one of the workers. I had several dollars worth of change taken out of a closed compartment in my in my car (almost every quarter but also anything silver---they left the pennies). Ebby's has worked on several of our cars and has always done a great job. We won't take our cars to any other body shop!! The staff is very professional, they keep their word on when the car will be ready and the finished product is really wonderful!! Highly recommend this body shop...............
