Excellent.. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. My only suggestion would be better breakfast bar maintenance.
Enjoyed my stay. Enjoy the pool. The breakfast needed to be kept hotter by better maintenance along the breakfast bar but snacks outside at all hours was a nice treat.

Room, as always, was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. I always choose to stay at Country Inn & Suites when I travel through the country. I am never disappointed. Williamsburg was no exception. Kudos!

Room was very nice. Price was right. Employees were freindly.
Only gripe : breakfast options & eating with plastic utensils. It was challenging to cut up food with very cheap plastic silverware. Gravy was cold, butter for toast was frozen, and apple juice was pure water.
Other than the breakfast, everything else was great.

Had a very nice stay for two nights. We were able to request an early check-in time. The front desk staff were very friendly, check-in smooth and efficient. The air was too dry for someone with breathing problems. And feather pillows were not indicated on the description for someone with allergies. Coffee pot was not easily accessible for filling. And the automatic exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud. Should have a separate switch. Only one wash cloth per guest. Ladies generally wash their face after bath or...
