They came to open the pool this year, and was only successful in destroying the filter. When we called them to come fix it, the line was disconnected. **NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!**Think we'll go to AAA Pools, as this other victim suggests.UPDATE: AAA Pools was a great choice for the Fredricksburg area. they are not inclined to fulfill their word on service
all they want is your money- and well you can get service when it is convenient to them
