Not very helpful at all

The dealership would not help me with the hatchback mechanism and the black goo that hardens and makes it impossible to open hatchback in cold weather. The dealership also would not help me with the headlights that were defective. I was very disappointed with the service department.

Nice salesperson but added things not talked about in contract

The salesperson was nice but did not let me know about the hatch material being melted and does not work in cold weather. I wish they had warned me about the headlight problem. I could have been killed the morning in pitch dark when both of my headlights went out simultaneously.
