This employee with State Farm does not seem to follow their Excellent Customer service policy. In dealing with him, he assumes he is making people happy and does not value how his clients feel....

State Farm has a real gem of an agent in John Grimes. I have only been with State Farm two years, but it was John's enthusiasm to get me the BEST coverage and rates possible for my insurance needs. I truly enjoy having an agent I can talk to face to face, one that knows me on sight and knows my first name. So refreshing. I am confident John and State Farm will address all my insurance needs...
