DO NOT BUY A MOBILE PHONE FROM BEST BUY!!! Bought a Galaxy S5 and service plan. Realized the connection wasn't working so I called Sprint. They couldn't help me so I took it to the Sprint store. Don't bother talking to the Cox guys here. They're pretentious car salesmen that can't answer a single question straight. Still don't know if I can pick up a box here because I must be stupid or something I guess. The rest of the store is ok but disorganized in areas. Referencing Fry's Electronics or Micro Center in California, this Best Buy doesn't cut the mustard.
