Don't bother talking to the Cox guys here. They're pretentious car salesmen that can't answer a single question straight. Still don't know if I can pick up a box here because I must be stupid or something I guess. The rest of the store is ok but disorganized in areas. Referencing Fry's Electronics or Micro Center in California, this Best Buy doesn't cut the mustard.

I was very disappointed with this best buy and trust me by being a military dependent I have seen my share and I have never see such poor customer service. If I come in with all my paperwork and the item in question is installed in my car how in the world am I gonna bring it in. REALLY!!! Can they hire some people with just an ounce of common sense.
