Azumano Travel Amer Express

Do not use this travel agency. We used them to book a trip to the national championship game in Dallas, Texas. What a nightmare!! Impossible to totally describe how poorly organized the entire trip was. We sat in a airplane (Allegiant Air, bare bones, cheap, no alcoholic drinks available for purchase, didn't even have beer) for an hour and a half upon landing in Dallas. The busses wern't there for us and we could not get off the plane. We were taken to the game 4 1/2 hours early and 2 1/2 hours before we could get in stadium. I just called these guys asking for simple airfare questions. The agent answering the phone sounded like she just woke up. She could not help me with my simple question. I expect more from a travel agency.

My fiance and I spent an hour with an agent at this location talking over a tropical location for our wedding/honeymoon ... the agent took down pages of information from us on what exactly we were looking for and told us she would be in touch ... after a full week of not hearing anything we contacted her and she had no recollection of us or what we had discussed ... Huh?! .... Needless to say we went elsewhere!

Though I didn't book with them, they were very helpful as I tried to find a fare to the UK at short notice (like letting me know that bereavement fares no longer exist on international trips, for instance and that the reason my own searches kept coming up so expensive were that I was trying to travel during spring break).
I would use them again. Well worth the booking fee if you're in a hurry and need specific and knowledgeable help.
