Area Safe and Lock came to the house after another 'locksmith' broke his drill in the lock &scratched the door. The service was excellent! Jim not only fixed the lock that was broken but brainstormed with me about the best way to do it. He made keys (that were lost) for 2 other doors. He was efficient, knowledgeable & neat. Rude staff I visited this establishment to get a key copied and I was quite astonished by the attitude of the staff. I was ignored by the gentlemen working behind the counter for several minutes until the other employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store finally came in and said abrasively "What you want?" They were able to copy my key, but I will find somewhere else to get these...

Horrible. Don't do a service call. They are way over priced. Go to your local hardware store, bring the old lock, and purchase a new one. It will save you a lot of money.
