Wow I went in here for an arrangement for my sister when her husband passed away at the early age of 35. The staff made a beautiful custom arrangement and they were very sympathetic. I will be back

Very poor service from Winter Park location. Flowers arrived AFTER the funeral service. Called minutes prior to service, looking for the flowers, and they replied along the lines of ""you'll get them when you get them"".
This company cannot be trusted. Maryann is not available.
Read the comments below which date back 2-3 years. Inconsistent bad service. You decide.

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me after Valentines day by sending me flowers at my work place. The flowers never arrived, and the company failed to process a return or pick up their phone for days and days afterward. The person (his name was Anthony) who FINALLY picked up the phone had a poor attitude and basically shrugged off the mistake and offered no apology saying it would take days to process a return. I'm pretty sure I've never recieved worst customer experience in my life, and it ruined our valentines day. Do NOT use this company for any event. \r
