Zoom diagnosed the problem and rectified it after 2 other contractors really did not have the expertise to do so. The price was reasonable and the Zoom personnel are professional, highly competent, reliable, and courteous.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted an assessment then explained the process, my options, the cost and answered my questions before commencing the work. He kept me abreast of his findings during the work. He explained the problem and showed me the video of what he discovered. He mentioned they have the capability of emailing me the video. Service was professional. Arrived within the time window, gave me a estimate before starting the job. Completed the job and cleaned up just like before he came. The service person wore shoe covers over his boots to protect my flooring. Great job!

The technician arrived on time, replaced the check valves and fixed the water drip. The guy was knowledgeable. I would say they are a bit expensive for the service.
