I work at EVMS in the Norfolk General Hospital as a nurse. Lunchtime is always short and I hate fast food. I always go to Zio?s for lunch. The food is excellent and it comes out super fast. Sometimes I call ahead and order to go food and it is always ready with in ten minutes. Numerous times we came in during lunch- time without reservations with more than ten people and we were always promptly seated and taken care of. I recently became acquainted with this restaurant on Colley Ave called Zio?s. From the second I walked in the door, the hostess greeted my husband and I with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I was very interested in trying their Fried Baby Artichoke appetizer, however they were temporarily out. At first I was disappointed, but sharing the Roasted Garlic appetizer with my husband more than made up for it. The waitress assured me that they would have it there next time I return. My husband had the Chicken Zio and I had the Stuffed Eggplant. The dishes were huge and the food was delicious!...

Our visit was AWEFUL! Our waitress was more concerned of cleaning her area than her real customers. We were 1 of the 2 families eating at the time, it's not like it was very busy. She was very short in her conversation, it made us feel that any questions we asked were too troublesome for her to answer, like we were wasting her time.
