Took our BMW in twice for two different things and neither one are resolved. They actually refunded our labor charges to us because they didn't fix our problem and didn't know how. Now we are stuck with a "new motor" for the top with no one to support it or its installation. They said "take it to a BMW dealer". More snippy in attitude after all than consiliatory.
