Stopped here on way to Outer Banks. They have a lot going on inside. Stuckeys, Zero Subs which had breakfast special until 10am 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, grits and a homemade biscuit all for $4.99. The gift store inside has some cool nautical and gift ideas. Great place to stop for quick bite.

Perfect pit stop on the way to OBX

Zero's subs is tucked towards the back of the border station and is a nice stop for gas and food. We wanted something a little more substantial than snacks on the rack. So we grabbed lunch at the Zero's subs in the back. Service was alright, price is alright, and food is fine. Nothing amazing and certainly no subway but...

Who knows what horrors lurk?. This particular Zero's location features a staff that can't tell the difference between tuna and chicken salad. Just take a moment to think what that means about their food labeling protocol, and it should be enough to scare you away.
