The first appointment was fine. He is very good at the meds part, and explaining all of it, clearly an expert with that part. However, when i called later to ask a question, he was mean and punishing and shaming because i cancelled my followup appointment. I cancelled within the expected time frame, and asked his assistant if it would be okay if a cancelled so i could take the meds for longer...
