Dr. Villarreal promotes "Eastern Medicine", which is not science based medicine. On top of her quackery, if you can't even get in to see her, the office personnel are rude and uncaring at all. I have never been in the room for more than 5 min with a DR. They will literally cut you off and send in a nurse practitioner if it's taking more than 5 minutes. As of right now, I am transferring, the staff is always RUDE. Last straw, call to make an appointment for my daughter who is sick and because she has not been seen in 2 years they are no willing to see her till Weds. Unbelievably rude front desk staff every single time. Poor communication throughout. Never see Dr. V. even if you request her. Seeing a different NP everytime. Even if you're appt was made over a month prior, they seem to have not read one single thing in your chart.
May as well go to Patient First where they are respectful, test results are virtually immediate and they are very thorough. ...

Embracing Health seriously disappointed me. I was not valued patient there and billing supervisor just said that is the way it is. I personally had a follow up to a lab draw one time and it was one price, then three months later I had the same exact type of follow up to a lab draw and it was almost double. True I had a different doctor but they also charge for a visit just to get the lab draw...
