I am a survivor of Youth Care of Utah. I was sent to Youth Care on February 18 of 2011 for my severe depression disorder. Escorts took me from my room while I was sleeping and forcibly held me down the whole plane ride to Salt Lake City. At Youth Care, I was greeted by Trina Packard. This lady who held all of my rights, however, was unlicensed and other than that first day, I only saw her on parent 'visits'. Each day at Youth Care was brainwash and abuse.
