There are always two sides to every dispute. We have over thousands
and thousands of great testimonials from happy individuals. At Your
Kar Company, our customers are number one before and after a vehicle
purchase. Sometimes a person has to vent. We are not scam artists. We
are individuals just like our customers. We have families and are
trying to make an honest living by selling quality used vehicles. We
outsource our financing to legitimate banks. They make the final
decision on all auto loans. Certain circumstances prevent financing
for individuals. Our goal is to sell vehicles and keep them on the
road not taking them back. Give us a try on your new vehicle purchase
and we will give you our undivided attention and respect. We are a
professional, licensed dealer that has been in business for over 28
years. We have been at the same location with the same name since
1985. As you can see, we have very few negative reviews, that should
prove that we bend over backwards to take care of our customers, our
vehicles, and any problems that may arise.
This company is full of scam artists. They told us from the beginning that we were approved, drove away in the car that day. The next day we realized many things were wrong with the car, the passenger window would not stay up, the check engine light came on, the windshield wipers were broke, the power locks did not work, it leaked gas, one of the front headlights did not work, the ipod connection did not work, one of the heated seats did not work. Needless to say, we were highly unsatisfied. About 2 weeks after purchasing the car they claimed to need more proof of income (thought we were approved?) for the bank, and after giving them what they needed 3 times, and getting a cosigner, they show up in the middle of the night to recover the vehicle. No paperwork at all to show that we were declined. No paperwork to show they needed to recover the vehicle. Nothing stating that what they are saying is true. We have asked several times for proof of being declined and they claim not to need or have that paperwork. This company is doing things very, very wrong and they need to be stopped! Other reviews state they have done similar things, and do not process loans correctly. DO NOT recommend this to anyone! I will do my best to prove they are taking advantage of people and I do not believe I am the only one!
this dealer sells cars with undisclosed issues. these people sprayed bedliner over the frame of a truck that i bought to hide the rust. the state police said that it would not pass a real inspection with that amount of rust. the rust was so bad that within 4 months one of the shocks fell off and in another 2 months the gas tank fell right out. I called to try to make it right and they said I...
