Never Looked Back!!!

I brought a dress to this tailor that I had special made for me. It turned out way too big for my body, so I took it to have it taken in and to have the collar/shoulders adjusted.
The nice, smiling man greeted me right away, and I showed him the dress and told him what I needed done to it.
I went into the nice, spacious dressing room and slipped the dress on. I came out and stood in front of the mirror, waiting for him to start pinning the dress. He fluffed up the dress, pointlessly, a couple of times to give it more shape and proceeded to tell me to leave it as it is. I can easily grasp at least 4 inches from the waist line on each side of the dress that needed to be taken off, but he said it was fine as is.
So then I asked if he could at least fix the collar and shoulders. The collar was nowhere near my neck, and the seam of the shoulder was hanging off of my shoulders. He pulled the sleeves higher up onto my arm, puffed up the extra material onto my shoulder, and again said it was fine.
The dress looked ridiculously huge on me, but this tailor said to leave it as it was and just freaking walked away. He said, "No, leave it as it is.", turned around, and walked away to the back of the shop. No "goodbye", no "sorry I can't help", no "have a nice day". He said NOTHING else to me!!!
To say I was disappointed with my experience is a HUGE understatement. I would not recommend this tailor because, unless it's an easy alteration, he doesn't want anything to do with you and your garment.
