Did you read the report?  He said he has yet to be able to contact any one with your company to cancel the membership.
The the OP - I would suggest you call your bank and tell them what is happening.  It may be too late to dispute the charges that have already gone through depending on your bank's policies and the laws in your state.  While you have them on the phone or you are at the local...
