Not a bad joint. Local brew "Georgetown" was good, as was bartender Charlotte. The entire place had a sort of "wet cloth" smell to it....

First of all, the recommendation to come here was to have a beer and enjoy the waterfront. We didn't expect to have such GREAT food. The clam chowder was the best I've tasted since Tony's (award winning, from Cedar Key, FL). I then ordered the Hanover tomato salad. CLEAN YOUR OYSTERS. We ate here Saturday afternoon at about 4 pm, 6/14/2014. There were six of us, 4 out-of-towners and 2 Gloucester residents. We were lucky and got a table right in the center as we walked in. The entire time we were there, an unruly, white-bearded drunk sat adjacent to us by himself at a 6 chair table.
