Like many of the Hampton Roads YMCA this is an older building that's been updated the to accommodate the changes in fitness equipment and such...so layout isn't ideal but it's not nearly as bad as...

Went here for a zumba class. It was too much fun!! I love the fact they have daycare right next door to watch the little ones! I'll be back for swimming classes.
