Free weights plenty of benches. Cable machines. Lots of cardio machines ( treadmills, bikes, etcetera). Loads of classes like yoga and aerobics. Pool. Sauna. Indoor track, basketball courts....

The Kirk Family YMCA is a fantastic facility. It has two large pools, one is warmer than the other. There is always an option for a pool to swim in with friendly lifeguards and aquatic staff...
