My baby received excellent care. We had to go in late in the evening and everyone was so nice. They have always been great when Toby has been sick.

Honestly when I first arrived I was really disappointed in the customer services and lack of friendliness when I was dropping my pet off. I actually had called my sister and told her I wouldn't be back. However the afternoon staff was very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and concerns.

Very great they listened and helped me with my dogs problems. Thanks to them she is walking a little better which is a great relief!

Max and I had a great experience at the Yelm Veterinary Hospital. The staff was friendly and courteous, we were seen by Dr. Kegley immediately, and options and benefits of one over another were explained to my satisfaction. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was quite pleased!
