Yesterday I watched the driver of Yellow Cab Co. Car #29, license plate H118569, throw trash out of his window onto Kimball Ave. at the intersection with Williamson Road. Since he apparently feels as if the world is his trash can, please feel free to throw your trash into/onto his car if you happen to see him.

We got very friendly driver who took all the places we need to go and waited on us. I subtract two stars because drivers should be equipped with tablet card reading systems and their cars should have programmable GPS systems. Otherwise this was a good experience.

Terrible, horrible company!
We are a family of four with two little children. We were travelling through Virginia when our van broke down at a gas station in a small town called Clifton Forge. We called AAA and they told us to call Yellow Cab Co. out of Roanoke to get to a local hotel. The hotel was only 5 miles from Clifton Forge.
