Horrible! Would not even give one star except in order to rate I had to. This is the worst car co ever. 6 ppl almost missed flights (literally made them by minutes) service on the phone so bad it blew my mind! What else can I say. DO NOT CALL THIS CAR COMPANY!
On March 9, Yellow Cab was 30 minutes late for a pick-up scheduled through the Taxi Magic app. Even though I called the dispatcher in advance to confirm the pick-up, I was repeatedly assured that the driver was on his way. I barely made my flight. The driver refused to take payment through the app and repeatedly blamed everyone else for him being late and rude.
If there was a way to give less than one star, I would. Two of the times we used them, the driver refused to honor the flat rate fare to the airport unless my son paid cash. This time, I called twice to set thing up for them to pick him up from the dorm and they just never showed up and said they had no record of my calls.
