I've been going to Yates Auto Service for about 22 years. I used to live in Petersburg/Richmond and in 1998 moved to Arlington, Virginia. I still travel over 100 miles to take my car to Yates Auto Service because of one word, "honesty." Al Yates is of good character, a people person and provides honest automotive service. The service that i received from Yates Auto Service was excellent. I found the staff to be skilled and knowledgeable about the problems that i was having with my vehicle and they were able to fix the problems in quickly and efficiently.
