We were here over the last week of June. It was on the cool side 75 degrees. We stayed in unit 148. Which he just been redone and it is beautiful. If you are looking for the best of both worlds...
Beautiful central garden/pool area.. perfect to BBQ with the family, kids run around.
Backyard is Lewis bay.. beach, boating.
and walk over the dunes to the cape facing beach...
our 3rd year going... and we will go every year.

This was our second year staying for a week in Hyannis at the Yachtsman Condos; specifically #141. Our family ranges in age from 4-67 and we find this area offers something for everyone. We love the walks to Kalmus Beach and the pool, with lifeguard, right out the back door. Ferries to the Islands,boating day trips, ice cream and restaurants...

Best on the Cape

We have three children under the age of six and this was by far the best set up we could find for convenience in Cape Cod....We woke up, headed to the beach until 12pm back to the condo for lunch and out to the pool in the pm...with young kids staying the entire day at the beach was too much,...
