What the compaintant failed to include in her report was that the damage claim was paid in full by the carrier.  If the packing was not up to standards set by the carrier (I recall this was a UPS shipment) they will reject the shipment and state that it was improperly packed.  This was not the case.  The carried paid the claime so that the sewing machine could be properly repaired.I guarantee...

Worst packing job I've every seen! I had a vintage sewing machine shipped to me from NC to Arizona. Seller used this business to pack machine...they basically just threw a 40 lb all metal sewing machine in a box with some bubble wrap & called it a day. Machine bounced around inside box resulting in broken machine case and spool pins. Have come to find out they have an F BBB rating...now we know why!
