Wouldn't even give one star if wasn't required. That's how bad. Usually have better service if the guy is working. If u go in and see the woman, turn around and leave. Not helpful at all and bad...

We had them Install an Enviro Boston 1700 fireplace insert for us. The fan had an awful vibration. It turned out they installed the side panels upside down and reversed, and none of the bolts were tightened down. I expected better than that for $500 installation charge. After we took it apart & fixed ourselves it works fine.
