We saw the movie, "A Trip in Italy" was a real dud. Should have read the reviews before going. But the highlight was that the snack bar offered popcorn with maple syrup butter. Yum!!! This small movie house is charming but old.
Don't waste your time going to West Leb. where the theatres are disgusting and dirty! This little gem is affordable and always playing a good attraction!
I have lived in the area for many years but had never been to the Town Hall Theater before... It was a fun and wonderful experience. While the "cinema" is full-sized the entire place has that small town feel to it and was incredibly inexpensive by current movie theater standards. There is only one movie per night (two showings) but...
Every time we visit Woodstock, we plan a movie night! We can see any of these movies elsewhere is a big, fancy and new theater, but there is something very special about this venue. We love the old (and yet very comfy) theater seats, the location on the Green in Woodstock, as well as the Maple Popcorn- don't miss THAT!
