Woodscape apartments are THE WORSE I have ever lived in. I thought my neighbor was crazy when he moved and was telling me why. Then I realized ok he is not crazy WOODSCAPE is CRAZY. Double the rent if you do not renew, mold growing in windows, walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors entire conversations. People in the office are rude and will say and do anything to get you in. Once your in there is no way out. Avoid at all cost!!!!!! You have to give them a two month notice. My husband was near death and they called me at the hospital several times to renew my lease. Went to court When the judge asked did my rent really go from $754 to $1500, Rosa stated yes. The judge asked why? Because we are an LLC and they choose to do so. RIDICULOUS!!!!!'

In My Opinion due to my recent experiences, Woodscape apartment living is the absolute worst experience I have ever endured. EVER! I am an army infantry vet use to living on the ground, living out of a ruck sack, sleeping on rocks/ice/snow/swamp because hey, it comes with the job ... but I regress.
The best place I have lived in here in Newport News.
Terrible place to live. They don't give enough notice before wanting to enter apartments. If you aren't friends with the staff then you aren't a priority. There are people hanging out drinking at all hours as well as drug use outside. Management has been told about this and still nothing is done. This place has gone down hill fast. There are still holes in the wall from when we first moved in....
