I have attended more than 30 funerals in my lifetime. I am 73 years young. I have made funeral preparations for 4 close family members.

This latest experience was handled in the most unprofessional, undignified manner at Woodlawn Funeral Home. We scheduled an appointment with the available undertaker. We asked for the person that did my mother-in-laws prearrangments and was told they...
