Nothing but a bunch of ------ women working here!!! I chose this place out of desperation because I really needed something ASAP. Well it has been H E L L ever since I moved in- I can not wait until my lease is up- It can not come quick enough for me.

Rent keeps getting higher and higher because they are "remodeling". I was told my rent was going up significantly due to the "market". Old buildings that creak, uptight female snobs for management that really have no business being managers. Probably a family business. It was fine until the rent got to almost $900. Area becoming more hoodish. One nice friendly whino wanders the area though.

If you are just starting out and this will be your first apartment then this place is perfect for you. But after 3 years here it is time to move on. The rules are ridiculous for anyone under 40 years old who likes to sit in their hone, relax and enjoy their music. It's like living in a large boarding school with mean den mothers.

This place is an absolute nightmare. The maintenance staff is a joke and almost non-existent. All they are worried about is getting the vacant apartments nice and pretty for the new people and to hell with the people that are still living here. I have needed work done in my apartment for over 2 MONTHS and no one has come yet.

I haven't had any problems with the apartment complex. I've always had a quick response when it comes to maintenance. The property is very nice looking, it is always kept up as far as garbage. I have a very nice looking unit. The neighbors are friendly and management is very nice. They are always helpful when I'm in the office. Our apartment is VERY SPACIOUS!!!!
