I've only had successful visits at woodbridge ski! There have been no issues with equipment aside from one time and they were completely understanding and fixed the problem. Wonderful and helpful staff. And I disagree with the other comment.. the staff is a VERY informative, easy going and not pushy. We rented 4 sets of skis and 1 snowboard set. The equipment looked useable but a little worn. We got there a little late in the season so we were lucky to get last sets. My 5 year old's ski bindings kept coming off skis . Repaired 5 times while at slopes on different days. Would not give refund! My 11 and 12 year olds skis were older than them but worked fine, these skis looked like they were...
