This was my very first apartment and I loved it! It's close enough to beach to walk, (which is a young person's dream.) The rent was reasonable when I moved there, I think it went up since. The pool was always clean even though I didnt have a chance to swim it because it closes too early. Maintence fixed our problems immediatly, and parking wasnt bad either. I moved into Woodberry January of this year and I love this place. The Property Manager Tanisha is fantastic. She made my move in process so easy after a rough transition. Anytime I have an issue she handled it. Maintenance is fantastic. I haven't had an issue with noise or parking compared to the last community. As I paid rent this month I went into the office and it saddens me that Tanisha the property manager has quit and is no longer the manager at Woodberry. She was an awesome manager and she always made me laugh and made sure every work order was taken care of. It saddens me to see good people move on.
