The houses are nice, but the service is horrible. Get everything in writing and take pictures before you sign anything. Steve at the Hampton Blvd office in particular will say anything to get a body in a building. After that I have encountered lying and neglect, especially if you rent from them.

Great building, horrible people to deal with in the office.
