I tried to take my phone back TODAY (within the 30 day limit). I wanted to move up to the iphone4s. Tyrone was very unhelpful. I used to be Verizon but joined AT&T to be in a family plan with my spouse. I won't go into detail about the round-about they went through but they were very UNWILLING to help me.
