Property is decaying quickly

This used to be a perfect comminuted but the past years the property has not been maintained. We have crack on our walls, black mold coming out of the sheetrock, foundation has sunk down leaving gaps under the window frames. The electric bill has tripled and nothing is being done to fix the problems. They paint over the black mold, but in time it comes back out again.

It's been a long time since I've had to live in an apartment. I looked at many before deciding on The Winsted at Valley Ranch. I had an issue that was preventing my residential approval. Horrible place to live. Electric is high. The new staff is not friendly at all.

I screwed several Dallas Cowboys in these apartments, so i think they are great!!!

I never had to call the office for anything so I didn't get a taste of the staff. I never had an issue with load noise or kids running around. this is a great place if you don't care for lots of kigs
