There's "no atmosphere, but who cares" with such "excellent" wings and so "many different types of sauces" at this Capitol Hill take-out "staple for the college kids and neighborhood folks", which also serves pizza and subs; bonus: the "not-expensive" fare comes "quick" and "friendly."
