Perfect "stater" apartment. Don't be fooled by the price, the one bedrooms (currently renting) are spacious. The neighbors are super friendly. Te only thing I would change is the fact that there are no security cameras. But other than that, this is a great place to start building your credit.

I grow up around the new hope area"though word of mouth" the wingate apartments have always had its ups an down But i love it really nice place to live great management fantastic outdoor poor party room. An nice number of places to shop highway near by so ya i have enjoyed my stay

The outdoor pool is spacious and always clean. I love the size on their one bedroom apartment. Just perfect for a new couple. There is limited parking space which can be a pain when you have overnight guests because you cannot park on the streets between 2am-5am. Brand new community room built with a deck facing down to the pool. You can hear the trains blowing the horns numerous times...
