Steaks are cut by hand in Winewood's own butcher station, and seafood is delivered fresh daily. Fall-off-the bone ribs are paired with smoked gouda macaroni and cheese; the fresh spinach and strawberry salad is topped with hickory grilled Scottish salmon.
