I’ve been a costumer for a while now, and more than a few times the windows have had defects from the factory. Such as opening and closing the windows and other parts of the window. And I’ve made a complaint they had someone come over and observe the windows. But never contacted me back about the problem and I went to talk to the sales person who represents windows we are. I’m a general contractor. Called them because they rep a brand a client wanted. Substantial size project. I left a message with the receptionist and they never call back.
