After calling numerous places to find wooden windows, we were finally directed to Window Works. Even though they were the only place we could find that would do it, we are still glad we got to work with Jeff and his crew. They know their windows!
I was initially unhappy with the inside trim and was hesitant to say anything given that we had just spent tons of money on them. But I shouldn't have been. Jeff was more than happy to figure out a way to make it better and they put in a lot of extra effort to make me happy. Kudos to them!

I just replaced doors and windows and had a great experience with Window Works. Jeff has been in the business a long time and knows his products. He was very patient and spent a lot of time going over all of my options. He never tried to talk me into things I didn't need/want. The install crew was neat and professional. They worked quickly and finished up on-time. I will definitely go back for more windows.
