Help us make it rightI've lived here since March 2012 and it's been one of the better apartments I've lived in. I wish they had a pool, but the Mechanicsville Recreation pool is across the street.
Very nice community. Feel very safe here. Price is very fair for what you get. Nice size 2 bdrms. 1 bath with granite sink. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances with island in kitchen. Wood floors in LR or carpet. Washer/dryer. Central air conditioning. Nice out of the way location. Excellent maintance. Very friendly people.
John is a very good landlord, he came to our apartment in the middle of the night when the heater went on the fritz abd fixed it. He is always available when we need him and arrives promptly. The apartment is nice as well. Just wish they had a deal with the community pool across the street.
I have been living in these apartments for two years and I have never had a problem. It's very safe, quite and affordable place to live. Police patrols the area in an unmarked car daily. Close the the Mechanicsville Recreation Center.

I moved in about 6 months ago and have had no problems. It is the most affordable place to live in Mechanicsville. I have not seen the mexicans the other reviewer was mentioning, then again I tend to mind my own business and not worry about what everyone else is doing. Maintenance is fast and dependable. New management is much easier to get a hold of than the old company.

- There are a few kids that play in the parking lot sometimes
A lot of drugs,no law enforcement patrols.None of the lease policies are enforced (parking) sub-leased apartment here has 7 yes 7 vehicles.Friday and Saturday nites are a nitemare after 6 p.m.no where to park because of the dopers.Oh yea UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT what a joke.If you are looking to live in a cess pool this is the place.
